Chathurika is a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist with over nine years of experience across hospitals, aged care facilities, and private practice. She is dedicated to improving the quality of life for her patients, with a particular focus on supporting the geriatric population.
Throughout her career, Chathurika has managed a wide range of conditions, including chronic musculoskeletal issues, acute sports injuries (neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle, foot), post-orthopaedic surgical recovery (such as total hip and knee replacements), as well as neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions including stroke, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, heart surgery, and COPD.
Chathurika is also GLA:D certified, delivering this internationally recognised program for the management of hip and knee arthritis.
- Special Interests: Geriatric physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, neurological rehabilitation, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.
- Treatment Techniques: Dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue massage, taping, tailored exercise prescription, and GLA:D program delivery.

- Availability: Chathurika will be available at the clinic fortnightly on Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm starting from 8 October 2025, and fortnightly on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm starting from 18 October 2025.
- Appointments: Patients will require a Chronic Disease Management Plan or a referral to see her at the clinic. Chathurika also consults with private patients for a small fee – please contact reception for details.
