Diving Medicals are available with DR Vasuthan Sellathuri Here at Goldcare Medical Centre. Please call reception on 03 8726 3855 for information or to book an appointment we do require a booking fee of $50.00.
Please note that Medicare rebates are not applicable for this service. In complex cases, you will be required to supply additional evidence (example)supporting letter from ENT specialist if required.
Required Documentation and Tests

| Inspiratory/Expiratory Chest X-Ray | We accept imaging reports within 5 years. Note: We cannot accept regular Chest X-Rays, as an Insp/Exp chest X-Ray is required for risk evaluations. |
| ECG | Completed within the last 5 years is required regardless of age. |
| Spirometry | Completed within 2 weeks of attending your dive medical. |

| Pathology Results*: FBC, UEC, LFT, Fasting Glucose, HBA1C, Fasting Cholesterol (Total Chol, Tg, HDL, LDL) | This only applies to candidates 35 years or older. We accept results from the last 12 months, but they may need to be reindicated. Pathology must be completed within two weeks of attending your dive medical. |
