Is it possible to have telephone consultations?

Yes, we offer Telehealth consultations for Medicare patients or those with private insurance, provided we have their details on file. New patients or those without previous details will be charged a standard consultation fee of $70.00. Please note, patients must have had at least two consultations within the past 12 months to be eligible for Telehealth benefits under Medicare.

Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?

How can I transfer my medical records from my previous doctor?

To transfer your medical records, simply ask our reception team for a ‘Transfer of Medical Records’ request form. They’ll guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transfer from your previous practice.

How can I arrange a specialist referral?
